Can't Multi-Select with cmd key in Finder

Hi all,

I have a new problem that I cant drag or cmd click files in Finder.

The cmd key is fine for spotlight and anything else but can't multi-select files.

Already had to do a complete reinstall of Mavericks because of Docker, hope this is less painless.

Please help :)
