I have been trying to backup the wifes iPhone 5 to iTunes(pc) and I keep getting a error message "Could not backup iPhone because of an error" . I have hard reset phone, rebooted, deleted backup folder with no luck. I am able to backup other devices with no problem. She has too much data on the phone to backup to the icloud without me purchasing more storage. Any other ideas?
