Can't Open Removable Drive in Windows 7

When I'm in Windows 7 "natively," as it were, I am unable to open the removable drive from the Apple keyboard eject button. The removable drive tray simply doesn't respond to the pushing of the eject key.
However, the keyboard eject button works fine on the Mac side of the computer.

Thanks for any tips on how to accomplish this.

Have you installed the Boot Camp drivers?

They come either on the Snow Leopard disc, or as a download in the Boot Camp application in Lion.
