I recently updated to Safari 4.0.3 through Software Update. Ever since I updated, I have not been able to open Safari. I get this common error message (see screenshot). I have tried:
- Reinstalling Safari
- Repairing Permissions
- Using Applejack command utility (via single user mode) to clean cache's, etc
- I would use DiskWarrior or Drive Genius 2, but a new revision is not out yet that can boot the new uMBP's with SD card slots, which is what I have.
I know I cannot downgrade to 4.0.2, but is there anywhere I can download it from? I googled it and looked on torrent sites, but I can't find the mac version of 4.0.2 anywhere. Does anyone have any suggestions? My specs are: uMBP 2.8GHz 4GB RAM 500GB HD.

Have you tried deleting the preferences, the .plist, etc.
Do a Spotlight search for all the associated files, delete and let Safari rebuild them

Yea I already tried that. Forgot to mention that in the OP. I still get the error message. Thanks though.
