Press and hold the power button until “Loading startup options" doesn't seem to work. I just get flashing LED, long beep and OS boot as normal. Is this expected behaviour with Open Core?

Press and hold power button startting from power off is to enter Firmware Programming Mode with a MacPro5,1.
Btw, StartupSecurityUtility is a T2 Macs resource or Macs with Apple Silicon. Press and hold power to enter StartupSecurityUtility only works with Macs that have Apple Silicon processors.
