Can't pair phone with Mac

I have a LG env2 (VX9100) that I am trying to pair with my Mac. I was able to pair it a few months ago but now, I can't get it to even show up in the Bluetooth Setup Assistant. Anybody know what's wrong?

Hmm is your bluetooth activated, are you visible? Is your macs Bluetooth on and discoverable?
Did you click Set Up Bluetooth device?

Bluetooth is on on both my phone and the computer
The cell phone is also in discovery mode
When I click set up bluetooth device on the computer, it just stays there searching...
