Can't Pair Polar H7 Heart Rate Monitor post 7.1

Anyone else have one of these and can get it to pair? I have been trying all night with my 4S, pulling the battery, shorting the terminals, all the usual tricks. Can't get it to work. Very frustrating.

I have mine on right now, it never unpaired.
