Hey Folks,
just bought ipad 2 few hours ago. and its awesome.
Anyways, A quick question please, I am able to put .avi movies and videos in ipad via itunes.
What extensions are allowed to play in the ipad?
and what software would convert all the formats into the one accepted by the ipad?

I would highly appreciate a quick rpely.

Thank you
G

Download AVPlayer HD. You can play any format you want, plus subtitles. Uses swipe gestures to. It's similar to VLC. Take your .avi files and insert them into your iPad via iTunes.

This looks like a nice app. If I had an iPad I would probably go for that instead of going through the hassle of converting all the movies.
