Can't post in Mac Peripherals forum?

When I try to start a thread there I run into a firewall of some sort?

I tried a test post in the iMac section and that went up fine.

2 questions

1) Any idea why I can't post in Peripherals forum?
2) How do I delete the test thread I put in the iMac forum?
