Can't post in marketplace?

I have read the rules for the marketplace and I have > 100 post, been here for a year, etc. But it still says I am not allowed to create a thread? Am I missing something?

If you have only become a regular(100 posts) recently then you might have to wait a few hours to post in the marketplace. It takes a while to "kick-in".

I know sometimes it takes the forums a short while to 'catch-up' and clock on to the fact that you're able to post in restricted forums. Looking at your recent posts you've only just broken 100 so it may take a hour or two before you can make a post there.

I was about to come in to this thread expecting a very annoying n00b kind of question. Thank you for having READ the stuff and knowing what you were talking about.
