Can't Pre-Order the 4S Through AT&T?

I see that some have, but here are my steps and results:

From the AT&T Wireless page, I click to Pre-Order the iPhone 4S

I go through the eligibility steps and am approved for an upgrade as an existing customer

I click to upgrade and am taken to a page with three iPhone 4 models!!!

Why is this my experience, yet some have successfully ordered the 4S though AT&T? Isn't it the same site? I am ordering in NYC if that matters.

You don't see the iPhone 4S? It should be there...it was on the top left for me. If you want a white one, you have to click on the black one and then hit the little drop down box on the right side and select white.

i had better luck with the upgrader app than i did with att website if that helps any
