As you can see from the photo Fill has no print option nd on the top right the print icon does not work.
Is this normal for printing emails?

Looks like you have a printer dialogue right there on the right top corner of the email itself.
Never mind, you said it does not work.

That looks like an email from a browser. I don't know what browser that is, but it seems the problem is with the browser.

in the menu it says "Mail for Gmail" -> so it's an application. i would try to update the application and osx. a restart may also help.
if the printing dialogue doesn't work in other applications there is something wrong with the printing software/driver and not the gmail app.

Take a screenshot (which you already seem to have done).
Print the screenshot instead.

What is the default email that comes with a Macbook pro?

Just found this. It seems that Mail for Gmail does not print emails. What other gmail can i use that does?

The default app is Mail. Why not just use that? Or go to Gmail online and print from there.

What do you mean “it doesn’t work”?
What exactly isn’t working? I have two Gmail accounts running through Mail and it works just fine.

Every time i try this it does not work.Do i need to make it my default email?

the lack of detail in your problem description makes it very difficult to help you. i think it would be best if you could find a person in real life who can help you with your problem (neighbors/relatives/friends). if you are using an apple laptop you could take it with you and ask the young people in an apple shop for help.

why don't you try to access your emails from your webbrowser? you don't need "Apple Mail" or "Mail for Gmail" or any other email application to get access to your gmail emails. a webbrowser like safari or firefox or chrome is sufficient. just go to https://www.google.com/gmail , login with your credentials, find the specific email, and print it. specific gmail printing instructions -> https://www.lifewire.com/how-to-print-an-individual-email-message-in-gmail-1171998
