Can't print to video on my GL-2

I have Final Cut Express 4 on my recently purchased Mac book. I shoot with a Canon GL-2. I can import my footage into FCE-4 and edit and burn DVDs with no problem, but I can't print to video or play back my edited footage through my GL-2. Can anyone out there Help me with this problem?

Have you used the GL 2 for recording your video from the older Mac before?

Do you have the white MacBook?

Maybe you have to set the DV-IN in the camera's menu.

Yes I have an older E-mac and the GL-2 has worked with it (E-mac). I have the white Mac book. I'll check my GL-2 about the DV in.
