Can't print using MS Word but can print everywhere else?

My wife and I share our 27" iMac and for some reason I cannot print using MS Word while I'm logged into my account. She can print fine in both Word and everywhere else. I however can only print outside of Word.

anyone have some ideas to try to fix this? When ever I need to print something up I have to save a copy and log into her account.
