About once a month or so, I will get an error when trying to buy an app on my iPhone- "Purchase cannot be completed". The message then asks me to contact iTunes support. They can and do fix this issue every time... but why is this happening so much and how can I prevent it from happening in the future? Apple Support appears to be off for the holidays, so I'm out of luck- almost out of luck, that is, because I can still buy apps from my Mac. It works, but that's rarely convenient.
