For some reason I can put all other files on my hard drive but when it comes to large image files (iso, img etc) it gives me an error right after it's attempted to uploaded saying:

"Sorry, the operation could not be completed because an unexpected error occurred (Error code -1309)."

I've done it before with 2 other image files and managed to get them on but forgot what I did. I think I set the permissions to "read & write" on the image file and it worked before but I tried that with the one I'm trying to put on now and it still won't go on.

Any ideas?

well if you just extracted the iso or any other of those large type files for example rar, zip, and other ones, you could just extract them into a folder then put it in your external hard drive without the iso or the other things. It worked for me and i just did it now while i was typing this.
