Can't receive all messages on Entourage 10.0.1

I am having trouble receiving messages with Entourage 10.0.1. I'm using an eMac running both Classic and OS X. I can receive messages with Outlook using Classic, but I want to use Entourage exclusively. I can only get spam with Entourage and suprisingly it goes to the correct address.

My account settings with Entourage are the same as they are with Outlook. What am I doing or have done wrong?

My ISP is no help since they don't have a contract license with Microsoft for Entourage.

I've never had any luck with Entourage, or even Apple Mail for that matter. But Thunderbird has worked out well for me.

I know that's not a direct answer to your question but it's the best I can offer.
