I can send from my mac.com account just fine but cannot receive -- with Mail on my MacBook Pro, via iCloud, or on my iPhone.

I now have a SECONDARY issue -- I tried to post in the Apple Support Community. I was able to log in with my Apple ID and Password but then it asked for my Apple Support Community Username. I tried what I assumed it was (then tried three alternatives) and get the same message each time "An account utilizing this email address already exists. Only one account per email address is allowed on Apple Support Communities." There is NO PLACE to request what your username is or to change it. I am completely locked out of the support site.

I hope someone can give me guidance both on why I might not be receiving mail AND what to do about the support community lock-out.
