Can't receive photos on iPhone 4

Hi there!

I bought an iPhone 4 (8g black) a month ago and everything is working fine expect for one thing : I can't receive pictures via mms whatsoever but I can, however, send them.

I'm with Telus and my plan clearly states ''Unlimited outgoing and incoming text, picture and video messages''. Furthermore, I've checked everywhere in the settings and made sure that MMS is enabled and it still won't work.

Any help would be appreciated to fix the issue!
