Can't receive texts

So I have an Iphone 3s that has worked perfectly up until today. All of a sudden I am not receiving texts. I tried updating the software, which didn't help. I have tried with two different SIM cards from two different carriers, and nothing works, so I'm pretty sure it must be the iphone.

Does anyone know how to fix this?
