Guessing not and the list in the App Store is for all apps no matter what device :(
 
Well, the obvious answer is to go the watch app on your phone and scroll down to “apps installed on apple watch”. But I’m assuming that your watch is no longer paired with your phone.

If that’s the case you could restore from a backup of your old watch and then check to see what apps you have installed. If you don’t want to use the backup then wipe the watch and start over with it.

When you open the AppStore on your watch, then go to Account->Purchased, is that not working for you?
