cant remember the name!

a while ago i saw an app that looked very promising, but since than i cant remember the name, and i would like to take another look at it.

What the app did was simple, it was pretty much just a shelf that graphically displayed all your movies by their cover, as well as all your music. You could scan the bar code or type in the upc and it would know what product it was. It was more or less just for organizing and keeping track of all your media. i want it. but i cant remember the name of it.

please help! haha, i dont even know what i would search for in hopes to find it. ive tried but cant seem to find it.
