Cant remove Beta Profile

So I removed the beta profile from the Watch App, any downloads of the update yet when I go to check for updates it presents me with watchOS 4.2 Developer beta instead 4.1 final. Any ideas?

You need to delete the installer. @Relentless Power (I'm not sure how to do it).

Just an update, I restarted my phone and restarted the Apple Watch App on the iPhone and now it shows update 4.1

Same thing is happening to me. I removed the old beta profile, restarted watch and iphone multiple times and still happens.
