iPhone Can’t remove Draft mail message in All Inboxes

I’m currently on iOS Beta 13.0 17A5556D.

Two updates ago a draft message appeared at the bottom of the Mail app when in All Inboxes mode. I can’t get rid of it. I’ve tried a warm boot, cold boot, force close of the Mail app, opened the email and canceled it but it always comes back. Any ideas?

Well the first step that may help would be to update to 13.0 (17A5572a). Then report back if problem still exists.
