Can't remove feedback assistant?

I upgraded to ios 8.3 final today from beta and I still see feedback assistant but can't remove it , anyone else?

Go to Settings -> General -> Profile & Device Management, then remove the Open Beta profile. Feedback Assistant should disappear after that.

Updated to the public release of iOS 9 today but still have the feedback assistant. I've deleted the beta profile but still the feedback assistant app shows.

Any ideas of how to get rid of this?
