I'm trying to remove the SIM card from my iPad Air and am having a hard time getting it out. I've tried putting a paper clip and a safety pin inside the hole but it doesn't open. Is there a certain angle I'm supposed to put the paperclip in, or am I supposed to press really hard to open it? It doesn't seem like it should be this difficult, so I'd appreciate some help!

There is a SIM removal tool on the flap that holds the manual inside the iPad box. Push hard and the SIM tray will eject.
