The other day I started a Toggl Timer on my iPhone 12 mini (16.1.1) and when I went to the Lock Screen there was a pop up suggestion to show some sort of widget or display that showed the current active timer. My phone asked if I wanted to see this all the time. I clicked yes because I thought it was interesting but immediately regretted my choice. Now I can’t make this thing go away.

When it shows up and I tap it, or tap and hold, it takes me to the app. When I slide it to the left, I have the option to clear it, but it shows up again when I come back to the Lock Screen.

When I go to customize my Lock Screen this item doesn’t even show up. So it’s not really a widget?

It appears above the notifications.

I can’t find any settings that make it look like I can turn this off… how do I make it go away?

I never figured out how to turn this off so I ended up removing the app from my phone, and reinstalling it. This time when I got the prompt to keep the widget thing I said no.
