I'm trying to replace the RAM in my iMac 2.16GHz. It has 2 screws. One side came out fine, the other side, the screw just moves around and won't come out. How can I get this out to replace the RAM? I've even tried using a small pair of needle nose pliers to turn the screw and try to pull it out, nothing works. Help, please!
