Can't restore BB

I tried upgrading to fw 4.3.1 while keeping my old BB and got it to work, however I don't like the 1 signal bar and don't exactly need the unlock so I tried restoring to 4.3.1 with the stock BB but I keep getting 1013 errors even though I'm running tiny umbrella nor do I have my host files changed. Am I doing something wrong? Maybe I'm supposed to be doing DFU restore?

I'd hold off another 2-3 days till they release the fix for the 1 bar issue.
Im sure you can deal with it for a few days but saving you unlock is way more valuable IMO.
But up to you.
You need to edit your redirects to point to Apples activation servers in order for your baseband to be upgraded.

I suppose I could try waiting, but what do you mean by redirects, is that the same as host file?
