Can't Restore iPhone 4S

I started having Verizon signal problems on my 4S today. I thought maybe a restore would help. First, I tried the "Reset all Content and Settings" button in iOS. Everything reset, but I couldn't get past the activation process. So, I tried restoring the firmware in iTunes, and now this happens every time I try to restore it:

I tried on 2 different Macs. I tried Restore mode and DFU mode. Now I think my phone is stuck in Restore mode. Any ideas? Thanks.
