Can't Restore iPhone

I recently updated my iPhone 4 to iOS 5 GM and jailbroke it. I installed biteSMS and it worked fine. Last night I installed Infinifolders without thinking and it sent my device into safe mode. I uninstalled Infinifolders, believing this would fix the issue, but my device is still in safe mode. I then uninstalled biteSMS and it i still stuck. I tried multiple times to respring and nothing. I tried to put the device into DFU mode and restore back to iOS 5 GM and even iOS 4, but still nothing. My iPhone is stuck in safe mode and I need to restore it to sell the device but I can't get it out of safe mode or restore it. Any ideas?
