I recently tried to restore my iPhone to 4.3.2 but whenever I do it just get's stuck. The progress bar gets about 60% on the iPhone and stays there.

I tried using FixRecovery but I still have to restore afterwards and the same cycle starts again.
 
Check your hosts file for any lines referencing apple.com and remove them. (Use Google to find out how to check and edit your hosts file.) Did you update to the iPad baseband?

Checked the host files nothing related to apple.com. I don't understand the second question.
