Cant resume youtube from taskbar (multitask)

Hello,
suddenly a problem start with my ipad , when i click home button on a youtube video and i want to start it from the multitask bar (on the background)
when i click "play" , the youtube TV dissappear and i can do "play" only on my itunes playlist.

can you help me please?
