When I try to search for files on our network server in Yosemite, i can't locate the file via typing in the file name (middle box of image)... I have to manually navigate the finder (left box) to locate the file. This happened when i switched to Mavericks, I was hoping Yosemite would fix this, but no joy. Any ideas? In Mavericks I had to index the server, but that slows my iMac down and wouldn't be helpful for new content added, i would only be able to search old files that have been indexed. Thanks for any help.
