Can't see apps

When I click on the App store icon on the 4s, it takes me to the store and I can search. When I search, it pulls them up and when I click, it says "loading" and then nothing shows up.

This only started a while ago.

Is that common? Do I have to take it t the Apple store or is there a quick fix? I already restarted my phone several times.
