Cant See Hard Disks on Boot

Hi

Got a Problem with my iMac 27" running lion 10.7.1 and Windows 7 Home Premium (64 Bit).
When I start the Mac and hold down alt the mouse cursor appears but no hard disks. Just a blank white screen. This means i cannot boot into windows.
Any ideas whats wrong ?
