Can't see progress bar and installation on Launchpad icon and Launchpad?

Hi suddenly I can't see progress bar and installation on Launchpad.

When I install any app from App Store no progress bar and no app inside of the Launchpad. When Appstore finished installation I can see the app in the Launchpad.

Stack looks like that when installing app from AppStore;
