Cant see recent music in my recent playlist and others can't see my iMessage with effects. Why?

Curious, when i go to recently added smart playlist, the first 10 or so songs ARE NOT in there.. They are instead listed on the front page of the music app.. Is there a workaround ?


Second, two people running 6s's, cant see my imessages with special effects. it just says what the effect is..

?????
