Can't see sata dvd drive?

I recently installed the LG GGC-H20L blu-ray drive in the first optical bay of my 8 Core Mac Pro. It's been working fine under Mac OS but when I try to use it under Windows Vista Business 64bit I can't see that drive? I have it connected to one of the extra sata ports, I was wondering if maybe Windows doesn't see those extra ports? I know that it doesn't see the analog out on the back of my computer. I thought that I had read some where that there is some way to get windows to see the two extra sata ports, but I can't recall where I saw that. Does anyone have any ideas?
