Can't see Windows network from Parallels

I have a problem where the Windows 7 OS installed on my Mac using Parallels can not see the other Windows computers on my LAN. This includes the HomeGroup, printers, or ability to connect via Remote Desktop. I did some preliminary investigating and it seems like the IP address for the Windows install on parallels is totally different than the rest of my LAN. I am running Mountain Lion with the latest version of Parallels.

Does anyone know how to fix this?
