Can't send iCloud mail on iPhone - Please help

Every time I try to send a message I get this error....


The connection to the outgoing server p06-smtp,mail.me.com failed. Additional outgoing mail servers can be configured in settings > mail, contacts calendar

Any help? Thanks

Same problem I can send to it but can't send out & I have tried over both WIFI & Sprint
3G
