for the past couple of days i have not been able to send or receive email.
i use the paid yahoo service so i have pop access and my username and passwords are correct, my internet connection is working, and i can still access my mail through the website.
i keep getting this error message:
The server returned the error: The connection to the server pop.mail.yahoo.com on port 995 timed out.

Outgoing server- smtp.mail.yahoo.com
default ports
ssl is checked
