I noticed that I can't turn on a passcode on my Apple Watch (and thus can't activate Apple Pay). The Turn Passcode On feature is enabled in the Apple Watch app, but the Simple Passcode, Unlock with iPhone, and Erase Data options are grayed out. If I try to enter a passcode, it doesn't do anything. Our iPhone corporate profile requires 8 digit passcodes with letters and numbers, while the Apple Watch is capable of using only numbers. I suspect that's the reason why I can't activate a passcode.
Has anyone else encountered this? Do you have a corporate profile installed on your iPhone that requires "complicated" passcodes? I'll submit a request to our IT department, but at a large employer like mine things move slowly (we're still officially "testing" iOS 8.3, though as far as I can tell our mobile apps and e-mail work just fine with it).
