can't set up buffalo linkstation (nas) with airport extreme

hi,

for months now i am trying to access my linkstation when i'm not home.
i can access my hard drives only when i'm connected with the airport extreme..

i know that i have to open a port but i don't have any knowhow about something like that...

the other problem that i'm facing is that i can't connect to the build in bittorrent downloader. when i try to open the download manager a new tap opens and safati asks for a utorrent login ... i can't remember setting a username and password for that.
