Can't set up "hey siri" on 6s+

My wife set up her hey siri on her 6s, so did my mother-in-law and two daughters but I can't get mine to set up on my 6s+. I say "hey siri" at the prompt and it just sits there awaiting input until it says "Sorry, siri didn't get that..." I'm running beta2 if it helps, anyone have anything similar happening?

No, I can see the feedback showing my voice, my wife set her's up in the living room with the TV on and the children blabbing, I went into a quiet room and can't get step 1 to complete.

So weird. Hard-restart then try again?

I think I finally fixed it, I was also seeing some greyed out songs in my music folder, I reset it to factory settings then restored from the cloud, most of my stuff is back and hey siri set right up.
