On my macbook Air M1 with Ventura 13.5 I'm trying to setup press Ctrl Twice as the keyboard shortcut for dictation, as in the attached screengrab, but it doesn't work. Selecting press Cmd Key twice or Fn key twice works perfectly. I'd like to get Ctrl Twice to work so that I'm pressing the same keys on both my Macbook and my Ipad to invoke dictation. Anyone have any ideas as to why this isn't working.
