Can't share - garageband to itunes

I'm using GB from ilife '06 and the latest version of itunes.

I have audio recorded from a mic in GB that i need to share to itunes. I click the send to itunes under Share, and it does something quickly, doesn't open itunes, and goes away.

I've repaired disk permissions. I"ve deleted the .plist and .cs files for GB, and deleted all .plist files for iTunes.

Still it won't export the file to iTunes.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Did you actually go into iTunes and look to see if the track was in your library? I ran a quick test, and GB "did something quickly" then was done - just sitting there. However, I went and looked in my iTunes library, and there was the track - with the same name as the GB track. (I don't know if it had anything to do with it, but I had iTunes open at the time).

You may want to check GB Preferences>General and make sure that the correct iTunes playlist is listed for export.
