Can't skip forward in song on iphone (skips to next track)

I downloaded Big Sean's new mixtape, detroit, and for some reason I can't fast forward any of the songs on teh iphone (they automatically go to the next track). It works fine in iTunes and it worked fine when I burned it to cd but for some reason not on the iphone.

Does anyone know what the reason may be? This is the only album that I've ever seen it happen on. I figure I can transcode it but I'd rather not have to do that since it's already a lossy format.

Had the same problem you prolly downloaded the mixtape from datpiff and its in a compilation just go in iTunes select all the songs on the mixtape right click and go to get info go to opitions and where it says part of a compilation select no and re sync your phone
