Can't sort Sort

Hi,
I have a folder of video clips same are .mov some .mp4 and some .flv

Is there a way that I can sort them alphabetically regardless of the file type?

Just clicking on the name heading works for me, are you sure you don't have the option to arrange by kind on too?

all the options are under cmd+J
