Can't SSH Icons /Themes

So I've been trying to add more icons to the Bluebird theme with SSH using WinSCP and OpenSHH but i keep on getting an error when i try and copy it to my Iphone from my computer.

Any ideas here? I've tried Googling /searching for any solutions but can't seem to find any, thanks.
